"I was on RealBird for a long time using it only as a means of feeding other websites. I cancelled my subscription because I was busy as a foster parent teaching my 2 and 3 year old, plus changing diapers, feeding, etc. and not focused on real estate. I was blessed with a fantastic opportunity for them to attend a Christian school at a reduced rate. My first order of the day was to sell my Investment properties and begin rehabbing distressed properties, so I turned to RealBird once again. However; this time I spoke with Gabriel Gross for no particular reason other than I was orienteering myself in the market. To my surprised I found myself being motivated to do what Keller Williams and Remax were not able to do as far as marketing and branding myself? Many questions that I had about why I would make contact with someone after the initial contact to list their property or why a buyer would choose me became very clear. I have started to do a few of the suggestions from Gabriel which requires a lot of grunt work and shall report back on my experience and success after a reasonable period of time. Conclusion: I am not just motivated but also focused after a long period of being in a rut. Many thanks, Gabriel you were much better than a motivational speaker and so much less expensive than a shrink."
